Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is configured from the WordPress dashboard. The shortcode is the only "line of code" you will write, and it's just copy and paste.
Does it work with any design?
Yes. Any JPG or PNG image works as a background. Design in Canva, Illustrator, or whatever you prefer, and upload the final image as the template base.
What happens if the Google Sheets data changes?
The plugin reads the data at the moment the participant verifies their identity, with a configurable 30-minute cache. Changes in the sheet are reflected automatically.
How many sites does a license cover?
A license covers 1 site. If you need more, purchase additional licenses or write to us for a custom multi-site plan.
Do I lose my templates if I change plans?
No. Templates and configurations are saved in the WordPress database. Changing plans does not touch your data.
Does the plugin work even if egzlab.com is down?
Yes. License verification is cached locally for 7 days. If there's a network error during renewal, the plugin continues to work for 3 additional days before asking for reactivation.
